Servicenow Solution Architect

Job Description

The ServiceNow E2E Solution Architect (SA) will be part of all the discussions for any client requirement implementation in ServiceNow. This individual will work with enterprise architect, business representatives, process owners, to gather technical, functional, process requirements as needed. The SA plays a key role in identifying the assessment of requirements and possible best suited OOTB modules/functions/plugins needed to meet the requirements. The Architect also involve in providing the plan for implementation strategy with estimated duration.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

  • Hands on knowledge of leading CSM and ITSM products and experience of delivering implementation projects on ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience in architecting and developing with SOAP and REST web services, open API development, and SOA concepts. Ability to create SOAP and REST based service interfaces
  • Deliver advisory services centered on ServiceNow configuration optimization for performance and capability
  • Implement Application Security- Access Control, Domain Separation
  • Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions
  • Showcasing ServiceNow OOTB capabilities through demos in the context of Telco
  • Work with systems managers to ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that guide which requirements need to be gathered
  • Work with Application SMEs to create and validate solutions
  • Participate in Configuration Management meetings
  • Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as partial owner of the CMDB

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ year experience with ServiceNow
  • Hands-on on managing the E2E ServiceNow architecture in a large implementation of 3+ Product areas including CSM
  • Minimum of 2+ year experience in CMDB modelling and onboarding strategy within ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 2+ year experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM modules
  • Experience in Telcom industry to understand the requirements.
  • Minimum of 8+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization
  • ServiceNow certification CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in CSM and other areas
  • ITIL v4 certification a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP with higher security authentications like mutual auth, JWT
  • Experience working in setting up multiple SSO like ADFS, third party service provider
  • Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation

Fluency in Dutch/French languages are plus
